PHU IBF company was established in 2004 and from the very beginning has engaged in carrying out underwater work. Underwater work is organised and carried out by a team of experienced divers under the supervision of the diving work manager with 12-year underwater work track record.

   We use the latest technical solutions, the best materials and technological solutions. We co-operate with design offices designing hydro-engineering structures.

We have at our disposal state-of-the-art equipment for underwater work:
- photographic and digital video recording equipment
- suction and ejector pumps
- sidescan multibeam sonar
- cutting and welding equipment
- hydraulic saws, drills, gripping devices and equipment for recovering and retrieving objects to the surface.
